kinda, but...not as much as it was
Many thanks for having accepted my art! 
You seem to be taking a long while to accept my vector to this group...
We're sorry about that, but the fact of the matter is that all of us lead quite busy lives away from DA, and not all of us really have the chance to check DA every day. Since we're also kinda in the MLP off-season, we tend to receive less submission meaning a lower demand of times we need check the amount of submissions in our inbox.
